**Digital Terms and Conditions for Whimsical Websites - Website Design Packages: No Refunds**

**1. Scope of Work:**
   Whimsical Websites agrees to provide website design services as outlined in the agreed-upon package. Any additional services requested by the Client may be subject to additional fees.

**2. Payment:**
   Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the selected website design package. Payment is due as follows:
   - 100% upfront
   - All payments must be made in SEK, and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Client.

**3. No Refunds:**
   Client acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid for the website design package are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided, irrespective of the circumstances.

**4. Revisions:**
   The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the agreed-upon package. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

**5. Timeline:**
  Whimsical Websites agrees to complete the website design services within the agreed-upon timeline. Any delays caused by the Client may result in an extension of the completion date.

**6. Client Responsibilities:**
   - Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
   - Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided.

**7. Intellectual Property:**
   Upon completion and full payment, the Client will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design. Until full payment is received, the Freelancer retains ownership of all design concepts and drafts.

**8. Termination:**
   Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. In the event of termination, Client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

**9. Confidentiality:**
   Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the project, including but not limited to trade secrets, business plans, and proprietary information.

**10. Force Majeure:**
   Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance under this Agreement resulting from acts beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.

This agreement is governed by the law.

By engaging Whimsical Website's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written.
